UniaxialMaterial
Description
The UniaxialMaterial class is an abstraction of one-dimensional constitutive response. Depending on the calling object and context, implementations of the UniaxialMaterial class can be interpreted as stress-strain, force-deformation, or moment-rotation. UniaxialMaterial objects are used in several contexts across OpenSees, including fiber sections and truss, zero-length, and link elements. Frequently used implementations of UniaxialMaterial are Elastic, Concrete02, and Hysteretic. Several wrappers are implemented to add more functionality to existing UniaxialMaterial implementations, e.g., for path-independence, fatigue, and creep and shrinkage,
